  2. Entry is only open to Australian genealogy and family history societies and individuals living in Australia.
  3. The giveaway commences on 1 August 2016 and entries close on 28 August 2016.
  4. The winning entries will be drawn at a seminar at Noosaville Library on 31 August 2016.
  5. Australian genealogy and family history societies with events listed in the NFHM web calendar will be automatically entered into the prize draw for societies.
  6. Email addresses submitted as part of the giveaway are not used for any other purpose.
  7. Prize winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the prize draw and winner’s names will be published on the NFHM home page.
  8. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  9. No responsibility is taken for late, non-delivered emails or incomplete emails.
  10. Where travel is involved in the prize, the winner will be responsible for meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs unless otherwise stated.
